Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system and work with the various
business areas such as operations, purchasing, finance, and NIST/MEP
regulations. The NetSuite/ERP System Administrator will be responsible for
all aspects of NetSuite including implementation, upgrades and updates,
configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security,
usage monitoring, and development.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration;
• Implements and maintains records of CRM;
• Adheres to NIST/MEP guidelines;
• Troubleshoot issues and outages;
• Develop expertise to train staff on NetSuite and new technologies;
• Communicates effectively orally and in writing;
• Maintains credentials and participates in relevant professional organizations;
• Participates on committees as assigned.

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs other duties as assigned.

SALARY: Compensation is in accordance with the Alabama Technology Network’s Salary Schedule T2
($70,025 - $104,744) and is commensurate with the applicant’s experience and education.
