Leadership Series is a 8 hour (3 module) series that is designed to provide basic management tools to supervisors and management that are new to their job and/or have not had the opportunity to benefit from formal training for developing their people skills and increasing their management potential. DiSC Profile, Effective Communication, and two optional modules are included in LS1.
