Course Description
Designed to teach complex treatment processes and stages that encompass physical, biological, and chemical processes. Each phase of the treatment is covered in detail. This course will provide direction in trouble shooting treatment upsets as well as optimization protocols.
This course also delivers training for participants to better understand drinking water safety, interpreting municipal water quality reports, sampling and interpreting point of use testing, crisis management from a food safety and quality aspect, and risk mitigation and implications in terms of food quality and food safety for food manufacturing and allied industries.
The course contains approximately 8 hrs of Water Treatment and 8 hrs of Wastewater Treatment content. 16 CEH Eligible towards 24 CEH required per 3 year certification cycle.
Included in the course fee: 1 year of free annual membership to the Society of Water Professionals (SWP), a presentation binder, and a jump drive with digital materials and resources
